Building Emotion Regulation Skills is a parent and child group program designed to help children ages 7–12 and their caregivers develop practical strategies for managing big emotions. Through guided sessions, families learn a shared framework and language for understanding and strengthening emotion regulation skills, with programming led by psychologist Dr. Colin King and supported by graduate student clinicians.

Help your child build healthy emotion regulation skills in this interactive parent and child group program. Designed for children ages 7–12 and their caregivers, the program provides practical strategies, shared language, and evidence-based tools for managing big emotions together.
